Apex Heritage was built to solve a real problem: rental compliance is complex, fragmented, and easy to get wrong — with real consequences for landlords, agents, and tenants alike.

We set out to build one platform that covers the full residential tenancy lifecycle — from pre-tenancy compliance checks through to end-of-tenancy archiving — with automation, clear status tracking, and an audit trail that protects everyone involved.

Apex Heritage is built for England, aligned with the Renters’ Rights Act 2025 and the existing framework of the Housing Act 1988, Tenant Fees Act 2019, and associated legislation. Every feature is designed around the obligations that England landlords face today.
