Apex Heritage was built to solve a real problem: rental compliance is complex, fragmented, and easy to get wrong — with real consequences for landlords, agents, and tenants alike.

We set out to build one platform that covers the full residential tenancy lifecycle — from pre-tenancy compliance checks through to end-of-tenancy archiving — with automation, clear status tracking, and reviewable records of key actions.

Apex Heritage supports England tenancy workflows under the Renters’ Rights Act 2025, alongside records relevant to the Housing Act 1988, Tenant Fees Act 2019 and associated legislation. Apex Heritage helps landlords organise information and actions; it does not determine legal compliance or replace professional advice.
