What countries does Apex Heritage support?
Apex Heritage is built for residential landlords in England, aligned with the Renters’ Rights Act 2025. Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland have different legal frameworks and are not currently supported.
What compliance certificates does it track?
At launch: Gas Safety (CP12), Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR), Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), smoke and carbon monoxide alarm checks, deposit protection certificates, Right to Rent documentation, property licence, and Legionella risk assessment.
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is based on the number of properties you manage, not the number of seats or tenants. Start with a 30-day Free Trial for one property and upgrade as your portfolio grows. See the full pricing breakdown on our Pricing page.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Apex Heritage is built on Google Firebase with data stored in European data centres. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Role-based access controls mean tenants can only see their own tenancy data, and landlords can only see their own portfolio.
Do tenants need to pay?
No. Tenants join via a landlord-issued invitation link and access their workspace completely free — rent reminders, documents, issue reporting, and tenancy details included.
Can I use Apex Heritage as a letting agent?
Apex Heritage is currently designed for self-managing landlords in England. Agency-managed portfolio support is planned for a future release.
Does Apex Heritage generate legally valid tenancy agreements?
Apex Heritage provides AI-assisted draft tenancy agreements as a starting point. Every draft comes with a mandatory review step and a clear recommendation to seek independent legal advice before signing. We do not provide legal services.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Your data is retained according to our data retention policy and you can export it at any time.
Is there a mobile app?
A mobile app is in development. The web platform is fully mobile-responsive in the meantime.
